Privacy Policy

I. Basic Provisions

The controller of personal data within the meaning of Art. 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter: “GDPR”) is AS Parking s.r.o., Company ID No. 25532961, with registered office at Masarykova 118, Modřice (hereinafter: “controller”).
Personal data means any information about an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as name, identification number, location data, online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
The controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

II. Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data

The controller processes personal data that you have provided or personal data obtained by the controller in connection with the performance of your order.
The controller processes your identification and contact details and data necessary for the performance of the contract.

III. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The legal basis for processing personal data is:

performance of a contract between you and the controller under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR,
the legitimate interest of the controller in providing direct marketing (in particular for sending commercial communications and newsletters) under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR,
your consent to processing for the purposes of direct marketing (in particular for sending commercial communications and newsletters) under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, if no goods or services were ordered.

The purpose of processing personal data is:

to process your order and exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; when placing an order, personal data necessary for successful processing (name, address, contact) are required, the provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract; without providing personal data, it is not possible to conclude or perform the contract by the controller.

The controller does not carry out automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

IV. Data Retention Period

The controller shall store personal data:

for the period necessary to exercise rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and to assert claims under these contractual relationships (for 15 years after the termination of the contractual relationship),
until consent to processing for marketing purposes is withdrawn, but no longer than 15 years if personal data are processed on the basis of consent.

After the expiry of the data retention period, the controller shall delete the personal data.

V. Recipients of Personal Data (Controller’s Subcontractors)

Recipients of personal data are persons:

involved in the delivery of goods/services or payment execution based on a contract.

The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or to an international organization.

VI. Cookies

We use “cookies” on our website to provide visitors with greater convenience when browsing. Cookies are small text files created on your device when you access the website.

Our website uses both session cookies and persistent cookies:

Session cookies allow you to navigate individual tabs of our website and remember any information you enter there. They are automatically deleted when you close the browser or shortly thereafter.
Persistent cookies enable the website to remember your preferences and settings for your next visit (e.g., you do not need to log in repeatedly). Persistent cookies expire automatically after a set period.

Our website uses cookies that:

improve the performance of the website by collecting information about how visitors use it (e.g., which tabs are most visited),

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

right of access to your personal data under Art. 15 GDPR,
right to rectification of personal data under Art. 16 GDPR, or restriction of processing under Art. 18 GDPR,
right to erasure of personal data under Art. 17 GDPR,
right to object to processing under Art. 21 GDPR,
right to data portability under Art. 20 GDPR,
right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the controller’s address or email specified in Art. III of this policy.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe your right to data protection has been violated.

VIII. Conditions for Securing Personal Data

The controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.
The controller has taken technical measures to secure data storage and personal data storage in paper form, in particular by using passwords, antivirus software, and backups.
The controller declares that only persons authorized by the controller have access to personal data.

IX. Final Provisions

By submitting an order via the online order form, you confirm that you are familiar with the privacy policy and accept it in its entirety.
You agree to this policy by checking consent via the online form. By doing so, you confirm that you are familiar with the privacy policy and accept it in its entirety.
The controller is entitled to amend this policy. A new version of the privacy policy will be published on its website and sent to your email address provided to the controller.
